I tried: 1-Installing Serial I/O And Touchpad Drivers 2- Went to the BIOS to change touchpad conf, but I can´t find any laptop Option. 3- Went to device settings in W10 but I can´t find anything like mouse or laptop. Using Fn+ F7 to re-enable the touchpad has not worked, nor has a reboot. Every time I turn on my laptop now, no cursor ever shows up and the touchpad is still unresponsive. However, when I plug in a computer mouse the cursor does appear and I can use the mouse just fine. Even with the cursor now on screen the touchpad still won't control it.
Similar issue here. Acer Aspire V5-572P. After upgrading to windows 10 I have no touchpad, but an external mouse will work. I have tried the windows 10 driver put out by acer for my laptop and no luck. I also tried rolling back to previous drivers, nope. I had to revert back to windows 8.1 to get my touchpad back.
